North Coast is more than music. We strive to create an experience that allows our Coasties to create their own journey. With installations that interact with all your senses.
In 2021, these efforts manifested in seven different massive installations:
Chill Dome offered a full-field, laser-filled, air-conditioned dome full of pillows and relaxing music,
Into the Fog invited attendees to lose touch with all their senses and direction through a tunnel of fog and light,
The Void released bubbles of smoke during the day and came alive at night with fully synched lighting patterns and audio soundtrack.
Rainbow Lounge re-imagined scaffolding into part art installation, part hammock lounge, designed to take you off your feet and bring people together.
Sky Fields acted as a monumental tunnel guiding Coasties in their exploration, reminding us all to enjoy the journey as much as the destination.
Zephyrs, kinetic by design, ripped in the wind serving as a playful backdrop.
Bam Creates added a playful world of live painting, towering spires, an electric sphere, over sized chairs and giant “North Coast” build perfect for rediscovering your inner youth and instagrammable moments.
Lastly, our Costumed Performers added some flair to an already eccentric crowd. Adorning beautiful outfits, infusing a fantastical sense of wonder to the fest.
